This (hat) energy dome is inspired by the 80ies band Devo's hit song, "Whip it". Devo Whip - Song If you are looking for a fun 80ies costume or you just really love Devo here is a great way to recreate the energy dome! The materials I used will be listed below. Materials : Two red poster boards Tape ruler personal hat as a size reference ruler bobby pins apple red inside spray paint - "I took the hat out doors to spray it." Once the energy dome is complete grab a guitar (I used my Wii guitar hero controller), or any other instrument from the Whip It video.
